It's a pretty average to below average film that's only worth seeing if you're a diehard fan of the series
Warlock III: The End of Innocence (1999) is a movie I recently rewatched on Tubi. The storyline follows a young lady who unexpectedly inherits a house. The lady and her group of friends head to the house to discover what exactly she has inherited and her return to the house unlocks a spirit like she's never seen...our friend the Warlock in what may be his last chance to conjure the devil to Earth. This movie is directed by Eric Freiser in his directorial debut and stars Bruce Payne (Passenger 57), Ashley Laurence (Hellraiser), Paul Francis (Tears of the Sun) and Jan Schweiterman (Good Burger). The storyline for this picture is a bit cliche and relies more on classic 80/90s horror elements like some great sex scenes and more nudity to distract you from plot. There are some good kill scenes, gore and the magic elements weren't terrible. Payne did the best he could replacing Sands as The Warlock but there's really no replacing Julian Sands. The cast was very mediocre and you never really care what happens to any of the characters and it was easy to root for the Warlock. Overall it's a pretty average to below average film that's only worth seeing if you're a diehard fan of the series. I would score this a 4/10.
